Here is my response to DERM:

Dear Brendan,

Thank you so much for the reply. I noticed that Carbon Energy has made an announcement to the market stating that DERM has asked an extension till April 2012. Does that date still stay corrected? I noticed that initial date was 18 Nov 2011 which was moved to Jan 2012.

Has DERM cited any reasons on why a further extension on date has been sought from CNX on decision?

I would really appreciate if you could get back to me on this.
