Sodhim I've just called cnx but unfortunately the 2 people I wanted to speak to were in meetings, so had to leave a message but I left instruction that I didn't want to be fobbed off, and that I wanted a return call about discussing my concerns etc...

I will wait and and see if this happens or if my email is returned.

I still encourage everyone to email and or call them.
