pickubrains.. i couldn't agree more. I have to say this is the first positive sign i have seen on the Kingaroy front for a long time!! Just the fact that DERM is admitting such things are even a possibility (i.e. it could be the fault of farming) is a huge turn-around.

As a long-time poster (and burnt shareholder down literally over 100K) others will know i have never held out hope on any compensation or overturning of the Kingaroy decision post the DERM's final ruling. But this at least is starting to make me think there is some option value here (and the pay-out potential could be huge).
