A good point someone raised earlier, is how does derm know that CXY is to bame for BTEX, if the water was not tested prior to CXY getting the inital approvals. CXY would win a court case, because you could not find CXY solely responsible for BTEX if farmers historically have used and presently still use these pollutants( sump oil and other substances explained today).
