not selling, fully expect DERM to be negative but by the time they come out and declare their hand cnx will be producing in chile, turkey and the usa. Kind of lucky that there is the overseas option as it is a safety card for what could and should be a major part of the future of the coal energy industry around the world.

Then of course there is always the possibility that the DERM are just doing there due diligence and then eventually give the green light to cnx aus operations. If this is the case then the upside and rerate will be swift and fast.

Either way short term share price is irrelevant to me, ill buy a stack again if they go down on ugly DERM sentiment and put them in a drawer for their overseas operations.
