    "...A moratorium on new UCG projects is in force ..."

    Does that also mean that CNX cannot expand its panels / cavities for its current project ? I dont know what "new projects" actually means, for example we have a tenement but would any additional expansion/changes/capacity production increase/ infrastrcuture changes to the existing tenement constitute a new project ? I am confused and would appreciate feedback re this
