For those of you who haven't yet seen the DPC's website for the project, take a look at the link below.

Michael Malavazos, Director - Engineering Operations gave a presentation to local stakeholders on Monday, and I believe LCK Approvals team were in attendance also.

The presentation gives a good idea of where the project approvals are at, and I believe shows that the additional drilling LCK carried out earlier this year / late last year has provided the regulator with confidence in the geology and geotech parameters of the new PCD site.

I believe after Stage 2 (once EIR and SEO are gazetted) we are looking at maximum of 35 days for the project to move through Stage 3 - Activity Notification and Approval. I would also suggest LCK would have much of the documentation and so on ready to go come end of the DPC review of submissions over perhaps the first couple of weeks of March.  Q2 18 Flaring is certainly on the cards.
