This morning Clover Moore blamed everyone but herself for huge travel times to get to work.
people spending more than half their lifes free time in the car.
Moore runs Sydney council who put all the work in the CBD and therefore all the houses are
built 60 to 200 K's away from that work.This make Billionaires out of toll operators.
Worse still is the dislocation of families who want to live in the regions.
Over 1000 a week move into the Sydney basin chasing work .Theoreticlly that is a 1000
houses are needed in the city just for that problem
When these these things change the work travel and the price of houses will no longer
be the HUGE problem they are today.
It is called Decentralization......Hinch and Moore would not see it if it hit them in the mouth.
And so the problem grows
