why is it all about the 1st home buyers what about some poor buggers male and fm that are going through breakups , and have to start again no first home grant or as you say a tax deduction, why not have it tax deductible for everyone ?that is buying a house, not just investors. thing is you probably own a house and im sure you would be pissed off if measures were put in that decreased the value of house.
