    Come on Curious. Putting this in the proper context, rather than what you've copied and pasted as the highlight would be more honest. (Not that it ever seemed to matter for MSN.)

    The statement was made in the context that if the Dems went through with the impeachment of Trump, then they would destroy the system in USA irreparably. Since they would be setting such a low bar and precedent for future impeachment, the speaker reminded the house that any future party could potentially go ahead and impeach with practically nothing of substance, as Dems are doing to Trump.

    Since Biden is already evidenced on tape doing exactly as they claim (without solid evidence that) Trump is doing, they could "potentially" under the new precedent set by Dems, impeach him "immediately" if he ever got into office.

    It didn't mean they would impeach Biden (because he'll never get into office anyway), but the tongue in cheek comment was made that the forms were already filled out for Trump and all that was needed was the name changed from Trump to Biden.
