One would hope that CWE has been quick to spot such an opportunity...
Of course, we're in that problematic area of not having demonstrated that this can all work on the required scale - yet. I believe it can/will, but it's not an easy sell until you have something of an appropriate size up and running with runs on the board. It'll happen, but how soon will it happen, is the question. And how long is QLD willing to wait for that demonstration? It is understandable that governments are risk averse and don't want to give their opponents a free ride if a decision they make comes unstuck.
