I have my fair share of them and agree with you although this water opportunity seems to be a real sleeper. given carbon pricing being around when they build their investment will look even better, not cause it will generate certificates, but because everything else will have at least a $20 / tonne priced in too, so RO water will be even more expensive therefore making this more attractive
