    It's early, haven't had a good coffee yet, so excuse the spelling.

    Ponder this, a uranium minnow with lots of prime ( non residential ) real estate that floats on a falling tide.

    And do you know how easy it is to fit a nuclear reactor to a desalinisation plant. They are peas in a pod.
