I think the more suitable terminology is a pennant imo.
This lacks volume to call a breakout.

The monthly chart shows some resistance around 0.38c - 0.04c.
Fundamentally I don't know what's going to create the volume we need to push this higher. Unless the stock is just being accumulated but I'm unsure of that.
