Note that the second resolution for the issue of $1000000 of MSC shares to Descrete was withdrawn . Presumeably this issue was the consideration for the deal with MSC for Descretes and Jean Defosses provisional patents.
Any other explanations? Given that Alexander has bet the ranch on the deal with Descrete a full explanation is warranted to keep the market informed . Ommissions are Alexanders forte ... It now appears that the know how involves mixture of the kaolin with fly ash .This is another uncertainty as this market is tightly controlled in Australia with the major pozzalanic players. More questions than answers.
