May be its only about "when TOL" because we pretty havy need this obscure TOL?! Day in and day out the same problem: no TOL, no timeline, no transparancy!

I really dont agree with that! I did invest into lynas and i was up to take the risks conected with this investment: faling REE prices, china politics, delays in construction... and and and... BUT MALAYSIA has changes the goal posts. And that kind of risk - i am very very sure - wont take anybody on earth! there are rules, conditions and whatever... but investors all over the world must can expect, that goal posts of this rules, conditions etc... would not be changed! And that these conditions are transparent!

Malaysia as investment place has injured and kind of international business standards and is by this a high risk investment country, i would never invest again in.

Rules, conditons and processes that need theier time are important and are needed. But intransparent goal post changeing and political football - that isnt accaptable in any sence! and i am sure this statement isnt "crying like a baby". This is a clear statement based on facts! And i did take my consequences!
