Its all about the number of shares on issue, 5 billion plus. Just check other companies shares on issue and you will see this is gynormous. Ivx already announced a consolidation some time back, then cancelled it just as quickly , who knows why, check old announcements for yourself. Cho has most of the shares but dont get excited when you see say 2.4m shares bidding at 0.011 -its a tiny amount comparatively.
