Yeah I wonder if its real, its unusual to show an order like that, normally it would be put in iceberg (ie you only show 750k units at a time, then when the 750k units is done, the next 750 comes on the offer until the full order is done) or broken up as to not dissuade buying.
The way they have placed that:
9 mill at back of queue, seems maybe they are trying to get people to sell into them at 0.07 , I would be curious to see if the order is real, need for buying to start chewing into it, but I suspect they will pull the order when buying gets close, time will tell.
