I reckon issuing Vlad shares in lieu of debt owed by SRN must have something to do with a capital raise. Potential wholesale investors would want to see a clean balance sheet. Either way, hope it works out for the everyday shareholder. We all invest in these small caps hoping to set ourselves up, so on that front I wish you well.
