Yeah this is all quite odd, in a time when SRN is news starved, with shareholders begging management to release something to market, they've got the german listing done and its radio silence, may even have breached some ASX rules here.
Im interested in the mechanics of this. Im assuming the prices are in Euro, so 0.004 Euro is 0.0065 AUD, so makes sense basically at the price we are trading at now.
Just wondering how these shares are traded on this exchange, as far as I know there has been no extra shares issued, so only ASX listed shares transferred to german exhange can be traded on there, so who traded these 860k units on german exchange?! Someone would have to be aware of the listing and then transfer their shares over, obviously insider. Its very strange that shareholders have been left in the dark with all this. Basically it seems they are listed on the exhcange with no capital raise, so we have 1986 million shares on issue, and these can be traded on ASX, Chix, and German stock exchange.
