This move to list on German stock may have some to with Vlad that will be issued all those shares for debt equity swap. He could transfer his holding 500M plus shares to German stock exchange as not much appitite for SRN shares here at moment. It look like Vald and his board have given up on us holders are years of supporting company no meaningful update for over 3 months.
