Well could be the case, move some of his holding over there, and start offloading to the German market, maybe they will do a better job at marketing over there if they believe it will help them.
I personally dont think so though because we would need to be notified if he started doing that as he is a substanial holder, so any change in his holdings he needs to notify the market. So if it indeed was him selling at these prices we would find out and I dont think that would be a good signal to the market, largest holder selling at multi year lows.
The german listing is interesting, especially that they listed without a raise, also kind of done quietly without notifying market when it actually occured, wonder what the story is here. Guess we will be finding out soon enough.
