I've just a had a look into Jan after reading your comments. I don't think Jan had anything to do with Axino capital during his tenure at AVZ. Based on your screenshot above, AVZ utilised Axino some 5 years before he commenced at AVZ.
Based on the most recent AVZ annual report, Jan commenced in April 2021, which also aligns with his LinkedIn page. I don't think they were "buddies" before this listing.
Also, whilst AVZ has delisted it's all to do with the Chinese involvement in the DRC, I would not be implicating that History Repeats in this instance.
