I would just push back saying if he was appointed CFO and company secretary, and conducted 2 cap raises AS SOON as he was appointed:
Its seems quite clear Jan was brought on to manage cap raises, seens as soon as he joined the same year he did two raiess of $115 million in total.
Now when SRN is in need of cash, all of a sudden we have Jan hired as CEO, many questioning why and curious about it. Now Jan lists us using the same firm his last company did, and this firm has a history of pumps and raises.
Think its all lining up now.
