I personally dont think so though because we would need to be notified if he started doing that as he is a substanial holder, so any change in his holdings he needs to notify the market. So if it indeed was him selling at these prices we would find out and I dont think that would be a good signal to the market, largest holder selling at multi year lows.

The german listing is interesting, especially that they listed without a raise, also kind of done quietly without notifying market when it actually occured, wonder what the story is here. Guess we will be finding out soon enough.

Any shy share sales by a director have to be reported to the ASX within two days of the trade. Any share sales on Frankfurt exchange would be captured by this listing rule.
