Well after 14 or so yrs and being the head of Global Womens Swim design, Billabong has lost another valued worker. The person went to a rival brand. You need to ask the question why is so many talented people leaving and going elsewhere and this could answer should you invest in the company. Billabong may have a household name but guess what people now don't buy always on brand names it is based on $$$. Have a look at Cotton On or Factorie, they make the same clothes and sell them at half the price. Go figure how fast fashion is changing the market place and there you have the answer on how Billabong can get back on track. Just my thoughts
