If as you say WS is a man of the people and committed to seeing CKK shareholders right please ask any of the Terratherm shareholders what happened to their investment when WS pulled legal action on Terratherm and took the rig they had put $'000k of their money towards helping get the building and development started ?

Ask them if they have ever seen any of their money again or if they were looked after by WS once the CKK deal was done ?

Peanuts compared to CKK but I think demonstrates IMO an attitude towards shareholders.

Regardless of the arguments the facts stand this is the second time shareholders involved in this rig have been through hell and suffered significant undeserved loss.
