I agree with your idea too bones. Biache i agree with most of your post but to say the out clause in WS GT3000 contract was nasty I dont agree with.

If I invented for example the worlds best eggbeater and went in with someone with a deal that was effectivly a profit share on the provisor that they do the development and promotion in a certain time period.
And they dont do it so I givem more time, and they still dont do it.
And the managment pay themselves heaps and we dont get on and it causes me angst but I wear it and wear it, well one day you are going to go, give me the invention back, you guys are going nowhere and wasting my time and money and everyone elses.

So nasty it is not IMO, its unfortunate it got to this but Im at a point I would like to see if the inventor can do a better job with the drill rig than the current board. Im pretty sure of the answer.
