This whole mess has occured because of the insistance of someone that everything is so complicated. Globe Drill IMO needed saving otherwise why didn't the inventor who at the time wholly owned Globe Drill do this himself.

Could it be he didnt have the money ? If he didnt then Coretrack putting faith in him as an inventor and them pumping money into Globe Drill was essential to any dream of getting this rig built.

If the inventor had any interest in shareholders he would have put the IP in with the rig and made sure he had a shareholding to renumerate him for this. This would have meant a unified board, inventor and team all working for shareholders benefit. Do we get this hassle from the CSLR inventors ? They must be crying in their beer at whats happened to their company

Instead we get deals for the rig being done on the side, a fractured board with the inventor and now months of legal nonsense.

Who honestly would now touch this rig with that IP agreement?

I agree with the previous post the lawyers for Coretrack and the board at the time need to be held account for letting this all happen.

If WS is the answer to all that is wrong with Coretrack why wasn't he when he had Globe Drill all to himself ?

If he has shareholders interests at heart and has the money to do this on his own then prove it by pairing up with Cygnet, call a EGM, remove the board and put his IP and money into Coretrack and repay the faith shareholders put in this project.
