I expect everyone is awaiting the outcome of the court proceedings before declaring their hand.

An EGM is only worth calling if the outcomes of that meeting are pretty much pre-determined. Debono's wish list could certainly assist in framing an agenda.

Then again, with CKK, you kind of expect the worse possible of outcomes to eventuate and so these court proceedings could blow everyone out of the water and render CKK shares to complete "junk status"
