I have similar thoughts. I’m on the fence atm. They’re also chasing manganese. I’d prefer them to be a bit more focused and ask for less.

It’s actually good to comp this against Lightning as there are lots of similarities ie lithium, neurology and loyalty options.

But the key differences is this is chasing a larger raise at a higher market cap with seed in at 10c. That means a lot more shares floating around.

Lightning has no seed and is valued a lot lower. The prospectus does not yet detail escrow. If there is no escrow on the seed I will pass.

Still think this will do well as investors will back the people and their track record but I think this one is a bit more of a risk vs Lightning imo.
