I thought the AGM was bizarre.
No explanation at all of why the board had resigned but it was obvious that it was something New Hope had steamrolled.
Rob Neale was emphatic that this is not a takeover.
He's right there - in a takeover someone makes an offer at a premium to the going price and New Hope isn't doing that.
He said that they will do something to improve the share price but no details at all and not a hint as to how this arrangement will benefit the rest of the shareholders.

In the absence of any details I can only be sceptical.
Dart has been manipulated for most of its short life and there's no evidence yet that this has changed.
