I just don't see what expertise these directors bring to the table wrt developing international shale/CBM assets.

The previous board was realigned according to the realigned focus of the company to two main geogrphical locations - the UK and eventually, Australia.

Australia is on hold and unless NHC knows something the rest of the country doesn't, NSW CSG will be on hold for the foreseeable future.

This has been a very opportunistic takeover.
I've sold out until I can see where the momentum is going to come from.

Airth could well provide that but it is months away.
So too a change in policy in NSW.

Let's see what happens, but I suspect it could get quite snoozy over the next 3-4 months waiting for Airth appeals while the new board plays catch-up.
