In the lead-up to first production several significant catalysts are expected, which should result in sequential re-ratings of the Company:

• Commencement of drilling at Wyoming in July 2009, followed by initial drill results.

• In 2008, Peninsula obtained 5 core samples from its drilling program from which it expects porosity and permeability data within weeks and metallurgy to follow in August 2009.
