It must be hard times for property and agents, my agent friend posted all on face book how great the cut was etc etc. I have one question, why were the rates cut in the first place? once you answer this question you will see where property is going. i expect next year to be very tough as construction will be finished a lot of people looking for contracts with only so many around (im in the industry) everyone is saying early next year is the cut off point i.e. downsizing. china is in trouble also and i expect this to unfold in the near future, but this is a tough one as they like to communist when it suits them i.e. control the people and fudge the books. but lets wait and see, and like ive said previously i will be waiting on the sidelines, as at this point imho it is better to wait and see then get burnt. cheers
