seems that the buy price that the current owner paid for this Propty ( divulged by another agent to me) in 2006 was so far over the top at 2.050 M$ that there just isnt any where to go on this unique peice of Brighton RE (SA Metro) and they are now quoting less than its actual cost .... the vendor, is spewing, coughing up a (rumored) $133,650 interest tab pa.... who moved out a short time back, renting it out for $700 /wk... a geared 90K, pa plus other expenses....pa...
Now thats a short back & sides..not your normal haircut...& more examples to follow...over 33 properties remain unsold in this very small but expensive coastal strip... and only getting worse everyday
