If you had, say 3-4$M in current Re, Comercial & Resid, on current values (say 90% of June 2010's values) with a debt to value ratio of 50% -say 2- 2.25 $m debt.......... question...... Would you have any regret in not selling some propty down prior to the price plunges... could you have got cold feet?
