You're obviously speaking from some experience.

Given the challenges don't you think this was the wrong strategy i.e to go from explorer to producer in one step in one project with litigation complicating things?

It's ok to say you won't apportion any blame, but if you've lost a bucket load of money backing these clowns, who is to blame (other than yourself for the investment choice and information available).

Why didn't they sell some SNE and seek financing on more acceptable levels and consider the risks involved? Several posters asked (others blindly followed the pack). Upon success scenario, Gambia could have added to the producer agenda but in steps that were more considered rather than biting off something they couldn't chew in one bite.

Who is to blame? Someone is accountable for this strategy.
