I think we can hold on to RES a bit longer,if you can believe the views of these 2 bears:

THEN:"I think it's gonna be a very,very severe recession,much bigger than we have seen b4 but for about 12 to 18 months.
NOW:I don't believe we are going to end up in a near depression. Six months ago I was more worried about an L-shaped near-depression.....Nouriel Roubini".

THEN:"The forces unleashed by the sub-prime crisis will probably run rampant for years,threatening more and more collateral damage.
NOW:We could have a HUGE RALLY like the 1933 to 1937 rally.That happen in the middle of a depression so it could happen now....Robert Shiller".
