- It is far too expensive to win any open tender (the GDOT tender process is 'rigged' to enforce it's use). - It is wildly impractical and expensive to ship 90% water from Colorado. - Short shelf life. - Requires on-site dosing which is totally impractical. - Risk management policies (sole producer, one factory and financial instability) preclude major companies from using it. - EDE can't provide 24/7 on-site technical support. - EDE can't provide indemnity for insurance purposes.
