If you check the chart there is a pattern here. After a couple of weeks with the price bouncing up and down 25% or so, on very low volumes, someone pumps it up easily by pushing the price up with only a couple of $K, sucks in some suckers on no news, then dumps. The share price then drops to a new low. Check the chart to see this pattern repeated continually.
