there's the old saying strike the iron while it's hot, no use having it on the ground when you know what it can get you today with little bit of effort, like SouthernCross1 stated maybe the management are out of depth and need help in addressing that situation, than no use in sitting in your hands and wait till you try and figure out. anyway I don't claim to be an expert or know everything, but to have really good results on pretty much on all report so far yet the price has gone south so what does that say? more action is required, I know I'm starting to sound like a whinging little ol Lady but it's been 10 months of complete failure by management on the SH.
