Can you please direct me towards the constitutional authority the federal government has in regards to schools and hopsitals.
Why does the federal government have anything to do with them given they are state responsibilities? If my hospital is poor my local member can suffer for it. Federalism has gone a little wild and comrades like you are to blame.
