Who said it had to be the value of only 25%? We are dealing with a private company here, they don't have to explain to shareholders or anyone the price they are offering. All that we needed here is for IG and NB to both agree on a price. I don't like the deal with Itochu, I think we are giving too much away too cheaply if we get back 100%. I think AGS would get more by putting it on the market and taking the highest bid from one of the majors. Anyway not long now, at least if it does go to trial we will find out what really went on. If they buy us out before trial I doubt we will ever know.
