Mining commenced after the end of the Quarter so certain aspects of the asx listing reporting requirements don't come into effect on this report.

Maybe all the reporting requirements that will come into effect in the next Quarterly (4th Quarter) onwards that relate to Four Mile mining activities will provide the overriding impetus for a full takeover by Quasar.
