For what it's worth, I'm with Vesp on this point.
I've also said previously that I think a resolution will be reached " on the courts steps" . In that they will wait till the last opportunity to settle . Simply for the reason they have no good reason to do otherwise.
In the meantime they can can watch " us " waste more of our limited resources
