The next quarterly will show how much is left but if more is needed by March then Mather will come up with a way to get like he has done for AJQ, DHR and others. The court case is just trying to advance the date from 2020 to now and from their comments in the last presentation they just need the gov to confirm their understanding that LKO is exempt as it already held the licenses prior to moratorium.
