Mince has filler which often contains gluten .
I doubt a beef burger gluten or not is a good idea for a semi organic/vegan retailer , I for one am put off by the smell of red meat being fried , they may win a few customers but lose many more .
Why not do a vegan burger with artificial beef , I quite like the one Burger King does and it does not smell like beef , Wendy's do the same however it tastes like plastic IMHO .
Unfortunately nice try but no cigar more a flattened ciggy in the pavement just thinking about it .
