Having Korda Mentha in there is part of the problem not the solution IMO
It appears CS plans to keep KM involved but I am yet to see them do a turn araound.
Ansett and Fincorp are two examples where it is said they have done a good job but I fail to see this and it was all about selling the assets and getting themselves fat fees.
I agree with you BB that current board is running scared of CS and covering their butts.
Read latest announcement and they provide no reason why they are opposing and in all likelyhood will try and block meeting on a technicality.
As for getting shares re-listed what is the point at this stage. It will be more of the same of stock borrowing and short selling to further decimate value.
Better to get fresh board in to salvage what is left and rebuild value.
Again in my opinion from a MFS point of view they should look to merge back into the fold MFS Diversified and MFS Living and Leisure. Reason is MFS earns substantial fees from RE role in both and there is danger that both of these entities will try and bring this role to an end and distance themselves from MFS.
Already taking first step by changing name.
