### Why is MFS still suspended? ###

And that's the question that even ASX refused to answer when I emailed them.

I could list a string of companies that continued even in the past to trade with clouds over them. Apart from the current mob go back to Evans & Tate last year! Traded until the administrator was called in.

Regardless the volatility that would have occured in the MFS share price should it have been trading the past month the current situation is farcical and makes a mockery of the ASX given they have the right to refuse a suspension.

This company is selling off so much under the suspension that they would, by now, in all likelihood have passed more than 50% of assets out of the business. Yet ASX has nothing to say about it, and shareholders have not had any say in it!

The situation is not bordering on ridiculous. It's gone well past that line.
