    IMO, CLI may not trade again because:
    (a) its is likely insolvent now with leins on 100% of its assets.
    (b) Atlas will not likely finance it until it trades again to accertain SP.
    (c) CLI will not likely trade again until Atlas finances it

    A classic Catch 22 predicament.

    All IMO only.
